Oh. Mygawd. We did B today (James did A) and then we did Wretched. Not bad looking on the board…5 pullups, 10 KB Snatches 5/5, and 10 Ball Slams…I mean really that doesn’t look all that awful. Ya think? Give that bad boy a try. We were all very surprised not just that it made us miserable but how quickly it did so.
