Zena is a 3 power cleans, a 50 yard run, 3 KB push presses a 50 yard run repeated 5 times. Zena rows to MOAB adds the MOAB with a 100 meter row instead of the run, and 10 rounds instead of 5. That's 3000 meters of rowing and 90 reps of exercise. Zach did 185 lb cleans, 61 lb push presses and 55 lb MOABs. That didn't look fun at all.
