Workout B first, squats, press and power clean and then Wind Tunnel which is 10 250 meter rows with 5 5 different exercises done after each row...of course the exercises are repeated twice. No way in the world Damien and I would have gone as fast as we did if we weren't bumping heads as we were. He called time just a fraction of a second before I did but within the same second.
