Zach and I ran the stairs today, Zach was 22:51 and I was 23:14. He would have beat me by more but I kept holding on to his shirt. Later, because he has no respect for his elders (and only Sammie is not his elder) he did a beautiful squat snatch with 155.His bodyweight.He can be so irritating sometimes. So we did Super Squats first and Rich is up to 230, then snatch and power cleans with reps of 8, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1...right, no 7's. (That's going to bug Rich). I wanted the reps close to the 5 x 5 workout. After that we did the flutter kick AMRAP. Nice finisher.
