A few new folks today and they jumped right into Vest of Tribulation...a tough one. Heard from Cherie today that hubby Matt is something less than comfortable. Actually she said he was miserable. No joke indeed. Today's Vest of Tribulation proved worthy of its name and in spite of it being a difficult enough workout on its own, Zach did the workout with a 20 lb vest on and still rocked it.
