Jennifer and Jim brought Suki and Paige, Lance and Alex showed up and so did Mike. I did Artificial Limp with Suki and Paige, Jennifer did Change Up, Lance did the 400, Alex did Oingo Boingo and Mike did a Back Squat workout and Jim did Clean the Dead Badger and his deadlift weight was 245. Quite a lift for a 155 lb triathlete.
