Previous times for this workout

When the UPS guys were coming to the gym, they were rowers, they wanted a workout that would help their sport.  I came up with The Catch for that purpose.  It is 4 very hard pulls, 6 hard pulls, 8 easier pulls and then 250 meters of fast pulling on the C2 for 4 rounds.  Not terribly long but a lung buster to be sure.
