The Beaver and the Butterfly today and afterwards Super Squats and pullovers.  I've set it up for 8 weeks this time so if I can do all the 3 weekly workouts adding 5 lbs each time I will be adding 15 lbs a week or 120 lbs over the course of the 2 months which would bring me to 245.  That might be a little ambitious...I can't even squat 245 for a single rep now.
