The Bear is a wonderful combination of 5 movements - squat clean, press, back squat, push press, thruster. Do five of that sequence and then move on to the Butterfly. Done one handed you do 5 reps of the bent over row, 5 swings, 5 high pulls, 5 cleans and 5 snatches. Switch hands and do that again. Return to your barbell and do 4 Bears. Then 4 Butterfly and back and forth till you are through. A very worthy endeavor.
