SWATs Up
We did Tabata Squats and Tabata Push Press with a 45 lb bar to start this morning with maybe 4 minutes rest in between. That's a lot of work done in 8 minutes of effort. After that we did 6 rounds of Turkish Bear done in pairs. The idea was that one guy does a TGU and the other a Bear and then you switch for a total of 6 Bears and 3 TGU with each arm. In the afternoon the hands down Wow remark goes to 15 year old Sarah who, in her 2nd serious workout, did the 300 in 20 minutes. While she pounded away at that Steve and Jennifer B. did Give and Take and Lance and Alex did the 2nd Renaissance.
