First a set of 20-rep squats but without the 3 deep breaths done with the Super Squats. Then Olivia and finish with a breathing set of Super Squats. Very leggy combo. John was introduced to the demands of a short workoiut and his time reflects a lot of time spent contemplating what he was doing. He will come to appreciate the tremendous impact of the short workouts. Actually, I think he might appreciate it now. And by appreciate I mean understand, not enjoy, like or be thankful for.
