Sunday May 9th

Zach made up a 15:11 workout that consisted of 30 TGUs with a 36, 40 Landmine squat clean/jerks, 50 meter sled drag, 40 hammer hits and 30 man hole lifts with rolling thunder.  Fun.  Steve made up his own too: 10 ring pushups, bench press, 10 KB curls and 1 round of absurdity (10 hollow rock, 20 flutter kicks, 10 situps) for 10 rounds and it took him an hour.  Killer.
