The workout today was squat cleans with reps of 5, 5, 5, 3, 3, 3, 1, 1, 1 followed by 4 x 400 on 3:00. While that was going on The wedding girls did Do Me With A Wire Brush along with Jim, a friend of Javad's who did Do Me on his very first day. Brave. So here are the times for the 4 x 400:
