Zach is not an astronaut actually, but he sure looks like one in that suit. Just under 6 Fran in that thing with a mask on too. What a nut. Lots of other workouts going on like Ivan, Jacket O' Pain, Heavy Bear and Badger and some horrible thing Lance was doing that I don't have a time for.
