A quicky for Mondays short day, named after my little Sammie.  Do 7 presses, then 7 push presses then 7 push jerks then 21 pullups.  The second round is 5, 5, 5 then 15, then the last round is 3, 3, 3 and 9 pullups to finish.  Brenda and I did a CT ride, a 10 mile TT and she also did the Green Mile.  Scott came in and did Blurred Vision.
