Super squats first since Samantha is so upper body focused. Corey flew through the workout with hardly a pause. I really want to see Zach do this one but he is on leave for a bit. As if that wsn't enough he also did the most double unders with a stellar 191. I was only good for 157 so I have some work to do to catch up.
