The Renaissance workout has 6 elements with three aerobic pieces of 25 reps each separated by 3 lifting elements of 10 reps each. The double unders, box jumps and swings are in place to get the lungs working while all three 10 rep exercises emply the squat-clean-thruster movement.  You do it first with a 30 lb ball, then a pair of dumbbells and then a barbell that weighs 55% of your bodyweight.  Three rounds of that is quite a chore.
