Previous times for this workout

Olivia is a toughie but Danielle and Anthony thumbed their nose at her and both wore vests and Anthony wore his bunker gear too.  That's just nutty.  Michelle B. hammered out some ab work afterwards, as did Sarah and Lance and Danielle did Amazing Squats in 22:30 wtih 65, 85, 55 as teh weights and 15, 10 and 7 for the max reps at the end.  Bet she's limping for awhile.
