Super Squats first which surely made for miserable DB Thrusters in Olivia.  Funny how I can squat 200 lbs 20 times but cry like a baby thrustering two 35 lb dumbbells.  Weird.  Tiffany absolutely ate this workout up and had her best performance, like...ever.  After the Super Squats and Olivia we did KB PP for AMRAP in 3 min.  Nobody liked that at all.  For some reason it felt extra difficult today.
