Nice Catch
Nick, Zach and BJ played Catch this afternoon and I took Susan, Tami, Ashlea and Mikayla through their paces with the 9 foundational CF movments, the Burgener warmup, some KB lifts, a few ring exercises and then some ab work. I'll get the Catch times later.
