Previous times for this workout

Ivan is a great workout after something crushing like Babylon 5.  We used to do it with 100 single jump rope jumps but that didn't rhyme well with the rest of the workout so I changed it to double unders instead in the same number as the other reps.  Fast double unders were a real advantage here.
