Blend Iron Legs with Man Up and you get the hideous Ironman workout.  I was running the Seattle Rock and Roll 1/2 in the morning so I didn't do this one, but my legs were fried none the less.  Great race with 28,000 people running.  For the entire time I ran the race I was never more than an arms length from another person.
