CrossFit's aim is to improve work capacity over broad time and modal domains.  CF is well known for how it improves your athletic skills.  Rob demonstrated today that CF does not improve your penmanship.  In fact, one might go so far as to say it simulates written drunkenness.  It is quite easy to see from Rob's scoresheet which thing he did last.
