Mother and daughter workout this morning with Tami and Ashlea putting on their sweater. In the soggy afternoon Lance and Nick Double Dared each other, while Sarah went for the 500 and the over eager Anthony the did the Wind and the Lion. Twice. Twice as in he did two rounds of it for the long and then, because he's Anthony, he did two more rounds to make it an Epic. Ouch.
