Post stair day workout with Danielle and Brendan doing Heavily Armed and the rest of the crowd opting for The Big Dripper, so named for how much you sweat when you do it. Sheri had the quote of the day when I asked her what her time was when she held up one finger (index in this case) and huffed, "I'm breathless". What a great name for a workout. Sheri is still waiting for "I threw up in my mouth" which is another of her quotable quotes.
