Previous times for this workout
It was the rowing. Sammie is only about 4 feet tall so she doesn't get a whole lot of distance from each of her 55 lb pulls on the handle. I'm going to adjust the rows so it is a bit more comparable for her. Great workout, I found the pullups tough.
