We started with a push press workout with 2 x 4, 3 x 3 and 4 x 2. Zach took the day here with a 215 lb push press at 155 BW. That just bugs the hell out of me that he is lighter AND stronger than me, and most others. Annoying. Rich did 200 lbs and I think I did like 46 or something. Next we did max double unders in 3 minutes and that was entertaining. For me. Watching people flog themselves with a jump rope really cracks me up. Some ab work followed and then at the end we did Angina. That's a brand new workout for the Gladiator bunch and for anyone trying to induce tachycardia.
