Just Corey and me this morning for the Amazing Ring Pushups using a vest after we did Super Squats. Stacey came to be Loved for a Long Time and Dave did some prep work for the weekend CF comp up in Seattle. That should be fun for him. Stairs in the afternoon and Joey stole the day. He's around 12 or so.
