Three bars, three lifts, three reps and repeat repeatedly until you get to 10,000 pounds. Load the bar to whatever you want and do one rep of each lift in turn until you have lifted 5 tons. Zach did this a couple weeks ago in 8 minutes. Half the time of the rest of us. He may not have cornered the market on awesome but he does have controlling interest in the stock and can pretty much come and take whatever is left when he feels like it.
